ICD-10 is one of the major regulations impacting physicians in 2014, and beyond. This is in addition to multiple other regulatory environment and cuts along with potential cuts from sustainable growth rate formula. This rule will affect physicians generally with specific challenges for interventional pain physicians. The implications of ICD-10 are enormous with costs of implementation and potential cash crunch.
